• Product Representation: Images provided by producers are for reference only. Actual plants may vary in size, shape, and color. Greenfall is not responsible for discrepancies between the image and the actual plant received.
• Size Variation: Plant sizes are approximate. Natural variations occur, and Greenfall cannot guarantee exact sizes.
• Stock Availability: Plants are subject to availability. Orders may be canceled if the plant is sold out, with a full refund provided.
• Shipping Protection: We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for delivery orders. Greenfall is not responsible for damages during transit if protection is not selected. In case of damage caused by transport, Greenfall requires a photo of the plant in its original pot along with the original packaging to follow up on the case.
• Order Processing: The ordering process is not fully automated. Delays may occur in communication between Greenfall and the producer.
• Care After Receipt: After receiving the plant, it is your responsibility to follow our recommended guidelines for proper care. Any damage that occurs due to failure to adhere to these recommendations will not be our responsibility, and refunds will not be possible.

Delivery is expected to occur within approximately 3 months, though this timeframe can vary due to factors like documentation processing and shipping conditions.

We work with trusted suppliers and carefully acclimatize each plant before delivery to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. Your plant will be specially chosen and given priority in our acclimatization process.
