Order Processing and Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
  • Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday can be shipped on the same day if the product is in stock.
  • Orders placed on Wednesday after 12:00 pm will be shipped the following Monday, unless there are exceptional circumstances or holidays.
  • All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.

Packaging and Protection:

  • We take great care to package plants securely to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
  • We use high-quality packaging materials such as bubble wrap, paper, and corrugated cardboard to protect the plants during transit.

Package Warmers:

  • We recommend adding an extra package warmer during periods of low temperatures to ensure the health of the plants.
  • One package warmer per package is included, and any additional warmers will be refunded unless otherwise agreed.

Buyer's Responsibility:

  • The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address when placing an order.
  • In case of damage during transit, the buyer must contact us immediately and provide photos of the damages so we can resolve the issue.
  • Collection of the Plant: It is the buyer's responsibility to collect the plant within 24 hours after it has arrived at the post office. Since the plant is a living product, it is important that it is not left unattended, as every hour can be crucial for the plant's health.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Currently, we offer shipping within Norway for plants. We do not ship internationally due to the regulations and complexities involved in shipping plants abroad.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
  • During the checkout process, the corresponding shipping costs will be calculated and displayed.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method during the checkout process.
  • We strive to deliver packages in a timely manner, but please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors such as weather and courier services.

Damage During Shipping:

  • If a plant arrives damaged, the buyer must contact our customer service immediately and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will assess each case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there are issues with the order, such as damage during shipping.
  • If there is any problem with your order, please contact our customer service for assistance.
